الإمارات بين الدول الأكثر جاهرية للتنقل بالسيارات الكهربائية
بينما تواصل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة العمل على تحقيق هدف الحياد المناخي بحلول عام 2050 للحد من الآثار المتزايدة لتغير المناخ ، أبدى قطاع النقل في البلاد اهتمامًا خاصًا بالتحول إلى السيارات الكهربائية.
صنفت شركة الاستشارات الإدارية العالمية آرثر دي ليتل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في المرتبة الثامنة على مستوى العالم في عصر السيارات الكهربائية في تقريرها “مؤشر جاهزية السيارات الكهربائية العالمية (Global Electric Mobility Readiness Index – Gemrix).
اتجهت شركة آرثر دي ليتل إلى البحث والتحليل لسائقي سوق السيارات الكهربائية وتقييم جاهزية السوق العالمية بشكل عام ، مما أدى إلى تسجيل مؤشر جاهزية المركبات الكهربائية العالمي لهذا العام زيادة كبيرة في اعتماد المركبات الكهربائية في جميع أنحاء العالم وليس في الإمارات فقط.
سوق السيارات الكهربائية الحالي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
على مدى السنوات الأربع الماضية ، شارك العديد من الشركات والأفراد في قيادة تبني السيارات الكهربائية في قطاع التنقل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، حيث شكلت سيارات الركاب حوالي 95٪ من سوق السيارات الكهربائية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، نتيجة الارتفاع الملحوظ و نطاق محدود من خدمات تأجير السيارات ، المركبات التجارية. تستخدم في مجال النقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
كما أن حكومة الإمارات قادرة على تعزيز تبني السيارات الكهربائية على مستوى الدولة وتحويل 20٪ من سيارات الوكالات الحكومية إلى سيارات كهربائية في إطار رؤية الإمارات. افتتحت الحكومة أول مركز لوجستي للسيارات الكهربائية والبطاريات في المنطقة في إمارة دبي ، تماشياً مع رؤية الإمارات للتحول إلى اقتصاد دائري من خلال ضمان اتساق سلسلة التوريد لحلول التنقل المستدامة.
يجدر بالذكر أيضاً مبادرات الحكومة لتعزيز جاهزيتها لتبني المركبات الكهربائية مثل مبادرة الشاحن الأخضر لعام 2015، التي عملت على إنماء شبكة محطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية لتصل إلى 325 محطة في جميع أنحاء الدولة. وحسب الدراسة، يفكّر نحو 30% من سكان الإمارات العربية المتحدة في شراء سيارة كهربائية.
ويقول جوزيف سالم، شريك ومسؤول قطاع السفر والتنقل في Arthur D. Little الشرق الأوسط: “يتزايد توجه الحكومات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط نحو اعتماد تكنولوجيا المركبات الكهربائية في البنية التحتية للشوارع، وتحتل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة مرتبة متقدمة على مستوى العالم في مستوى الجاهزية للتنقل الكهربائي.
وتهدف من خلال المؤشر العالمي الخاص بالجاهزية للتنقل الكهربائي إلى المساعدة على فهم النطاق الكامل للتنقل الكهربائي وامكاناته المتوقعة، وتقديم الدعم لشركات السيارات عبر منحهم رؤى ثاقبة حول مدى جاهزية الأسواق لعصر التنقل بالمركبات الكهربائية.”
نمو تبني السيارات الكهربائية في المستقبل.
قد لا يزال سوق السيارات الكهربائية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة في مراحله الأولى ، لكن مؤشر جاهزية السيارات الكهربائية العالمي يتوقع أن ينمو السوق بسرعة ، بمعدل نمو سنوي مركب يبلغ 30٪ بين عامي 2022 و 2028. تخطط الدولة أيضًا لزيادة عدد السيارات الكهربائية في الشوارع إلى 42000 بحلول عام 2030.
لتعزيز استخدام السيارات الكهربائية ، تعمل هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي وهيئة الطرق والمواصلات معًا لتقديم مجموعة من الحوافز مثل مواقف السيارات المجانية ، وإعفاءات الرسوم ورسوم التسجيل المخفضة ، بهدف جعل وسائل النقل العام خالية من الإنبعثات الكربونية. بحلول عام 2050.
