موقف امرأة من زوجها الذي يتحدث مع أجنبية دون حاجة
السؤال
زوجي يتحدث مع زوجة أخيه الكبير مع عدم المبالاة بحرمة هذا الشيء، وحديثهما في أغلب الأحيان من دون حاجة ضرورية، وهذا الحديث يصحبه الضحك والتعليقات، ويكون أثناء وجودي وعدمه. زوجة أخيه تعتبر حديثها مع زوجي أمرا عاديا لوجود فارق في السن، واعتبارها إياه في مقام الأخ”زوجي هو ابن خالتها” حتى إنها تستشيره في أمورها الخاصة، ومشاكلها مع زوجها، وأيضا تتحدث معه في الهاتف، وتكثر من الضحك لدرجة أنها تلمسه أمامي لكن بشكل غير مباشر (تضع يدها على كتفه من الخلف حتى ينتبه لها، ويحمل أكياسا كانت معها) ونصحته، لكن لم أر تغيرا في الحال، لدرجة أنني تشاجرت مع زوجي بسببها، وتوجهت إلى الله بالدعاء عليها. ماذا أفعل تجاه ذلك وهل يجوز ذلك؟
الإجابــة
فلا يجوز لزوجك أن يتحدث مع زوجة أخيه؛ لكونها أجنبية عليه، وإنما يجوز الحديث مع الأجنبية للحاجة، وبشرط مراعاة الضوابط الشرعية، وفارق السن بينهما أو اعتبارها له بمثابة الأخ، ليس بمسوغ لحديثها. ومن المنكر أيضا ضحكها معه، وممازحتها له، ووضعها يدها على كتفه. وقد أحسنت بمناصحتك له، وينبغي أن تستمري في ذلك، وبأسلوب طيب، مع الدعاء له بأن يرزقه الله الرشد والصواب.
وهذه المرأة ينبغي الدعاء لها بالهداية والإنابة إلى الله، وليس الدعاء عليها، وخاصة الدعاء عليها في وجهها، فقد يزيدها إصرارا على المعصية، فعن أبي هريرة- رضي الله عنه- قال: أتي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم برجل قد شرب، قال اضربوه. قال أبو هريرة: فمنا الضارب بيده، والضارب بنعله، والضارب بثوبه. فلما انصرف قال بعض القوم: أخزاك الله. قال: ” لا تقولوا هكذا، لا تعينوا عليه الشيطان” رواه البخاري.
